This page identifies who publishes Tax Free Salaries, who answers for what is written here, and where the site is hosted. It exists because a reader who relies on a figure is entitled to know who stands behind it.

Publisher

Tax Free Salaries (https://taxfreesalaries.com) is published by Radif Partners, which acts as publisher and as the party responsible for publication. Radif Partners answers for the editorial content of the site, with the exception of the content of external sites reached through links, which remains the responsibility of their own publishers.

Nature of the information

The figures on this site are estimates, computed from the labour laws and published rates of the Gulf states. They describe what a rule produces in a standard case; they are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not account for a particular contract, a free zone regime such as the DIFC or ADGM, or a ministerial decision in an individual case. Where a figure here and the text of a law or a licensed adviser disagree, the law and the adviser prevail. Our methodology page sets out the sources and the calculation rules in full, and our disclaimer states the limits.

Intellectual property

The texts, tables, comparisons and calculators published on this site are original work. They may be quoted with a visible link to the page quoted, but not republished in full. The labour laws, decrees and ministerial resolutions themselves are public documents, referenced rather than reproduced.

Hosting

The site is a set of static pages hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. It runs no user accounts and no comment system, and the calculators run entirely in the visitor's browser: no salary figure entered into them is sent to a server. What we do collect for audience measurement is set out in the privacy policy.
